We are engaged with our customers and invested in their success. A software tool is just like any other tool – it offers no benefit unless it is used appropriately and skillfully. We want to make sure that our partners have the knowledge they need in order to use our software to their benefit. We have a relentless focus on customer service.

Software is ever evolving. It is not enough to have a simple or obvious feature. Only by constantly reevaluating does software go beyond an operational convenience and become foundational. Natural curiosity and passion drive ongoing development.

Data Security

We recognize the importance of protecting IT Assets (precisely what we help our customers do), confidential information, and intellectual property. We safeguard our own confidential data and IP, as well as any information our customers and partners have entrusted us with.

Environmental Conservation

We are committed to operating in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner. All of our installers and documentation are delivered electronically. We have an efficient staff, IT infrastructure, and office space. Our software is extremely scalable and has no software prerequisites – it can be run on minimal IT infrastructure. One of the main features of our software is to help our customers optimize the hardware that they purchase. This not only results in cost savings, but also reduces the number of computers that must be built, consume energy, and be recycled.

 

Customers

Ethical conduct

We are open and honest with our customers. We describe functionality accurately and completely. We don’t make unsupported claims – we don’t promote vaporware. Accurately acknowledging weaknesses sets us all up for success. Pricing is fair and transparent – we should never charge more simply because we can. Pricing should be consistent whether it is provided directly or through a reseller. Pricing should be consistent between two customers requesting the same license parameters. We do not believe in opportunism or “price gouging”.

No outside investors

We don’t report to investors. We are driven by engineering, not by marketing. We don’t carry any debt and have no predetermined revenue targets. We answer to ourselves and to our customers.

Money back guarantee

We have a money back guarantee within four months of an initial purchase. This reflects our core value of Integrity and Openness – anything other than transparency would lead to wasted time for everyone.

Personal Information

We respect the privacy of our customers and partners, and actively work to minimize any PI that we collect. We need to record basic contact information for our customers, but try to leave it at that. Free flow of data

Just as we strive to make our tools support easy import of your data, we also believe in making it easy to extract data. Our customers should never be held hostage by arbitrary technical limitations. Industry standard functionality such as a functional REST API should never incur additional cost. Integrations with other tools are supported and encouraged.

Bug reports

Please don’t tolerate bugs in our software! If you discover a new bug, or have any difficulty, please contact us immediately. We do not charge for technical support.
