Help Tips

  • You can see the version you are running on your server by looking in the lower left of the web ui.
  • In KeyConfigure you can do a version check in About KeyConfigure (under Help on Windows and under the app menu on Mac).
  • You can get to the specific help page for anything in KeyConfigure by right clicking on a window and clicking Help.
  • There are documentation links and more under Help in the Web UI.
  • Some features change at a pace that means some details in the documentation may be out of sync/ old screenshot. You can report such issues to us.
  • You can access older versions of the documentation by changing the URL in your browser. e.g. from 8.0 to 7.9.
