Much of this documentation is available directly from the KeyConfigure admin interface: Right-click in any window or dialog to bring up its context menu including a link to the specific help document appropriate for the context.
This is the main index page for KeyConfigure, the Administrative console application installed from the Sassafras Software image, or by stand alone installer from the Sassafras Software Downloads page. This is found in /Applications/Sassafras K2/Admin on Mac and in your Start menu on Windows (default install location of c:\program files\sassafras k2\admin).
