Deployment on all but the smallest networks can require planning and testing. The KeyAccess installers have built-in features to help make the task of network-wide deployment easier.
The KeyAccess client must be installed on all workstations (physical or virtual or thin server) you want to report inventory and usage data to the Server. It communicates on UDP 19283. All communications are initiated from client to server. The client is extremely small and low resource in nature. Sessions with the server are initiated when a user logs in to the OS.
